I completed a course, but ran into two issues. Clicking the “Complete” button would not do anything unless I clicked one of the optional feedback items.
Once the course was completed it does not show up in my completed items list. The list is still blank.

Head over to the app store for your particular device to make sure you are on the latest version available. Android users should be on 1.0.4.17, and iOS users should be on 1.0.1.110
To check your app version, tap the settings gear icon on the bottom of your Mirai Mobile app screen and scroll to the bottom, and your version is listed under the logout button.

I am in the Juniper 101 acadamy and the 5th class which says blog wont open and I cant continue any farther in that class. Please suggest a way to open this. Thanks Kim C.
I found the videos and blog entries with the stars, now after selecting them and add them to My Tools, if I go back and try to play them or open them nothings happens when you tap on them anywhere. This is on Android.
Same as CalyPonte, also on Android. And i still stuggle with adding a tree (maybe it´s because of the traffic, so i will be patient for some more days).
I cant open the blog on Elongating Species 101,
the completed courses don´t appear in the Completed box.
I can see the General Calendars in the Settings, but i can´t turn on the Broadleaf General Calendar
It´s all on Android Version 1.0.5.18
I am a pro member and have added a few trees but only the general calendars are operating. I cannot seem to turn on anything in the “Pro” headings. Can someone offer a few tips, or is it these Pro calendars are not operating yet?
On Calendars page, top left next to the title Calendars there’s a drop down, defaults to Species, tap there and select My trees. You should see your trees calendars. By the way, Broadleaves is not running yet for anyone.
Confirming that I am having a similar issue to other users, in that I am unable to access the ‘blog’ section of a course (in my case, Junipers 101). Infinite loading.
Question: How many courses are standard users supposed to be able to see? I’m only seeing about four or five, which doesn’t seem correct based on what Ryan said in the launch Livestream. Or has most of the content not yet been added?
The star icon on the title of the video does work but it is a very small area to touch. Gotta be precise and it will work rather than starting the video.
