I had a similar issue - did you give feedback? It woudn’t record me as having completed an exam without my giving feedback.

I also completed the seven courses… are now more courses to do? I can´t find any new.
I had completed courses and exams. A couple days ago the couses showed 100% completion. After an update they showed different levels of completion. I retook the exams (was kind of a nice refresher) and gave feedback and completed. Courses now show completed again.
i resorted to just giving blank feed back so i could complete the exams . only one more to go hopefully there’s more in the works
We noticed a few users having course/exam issues: How were you able to proceed without giving feedback on a course after finishing an exam? Can you also provide if you are on iOS or Android?

I’m using android. I know st left the company deals blank. After that it let me finish . Any ETA on more academy content. By next to the calendar it’s my favorite feature.
All the alpine species. I’m down in the hot California central valley. And I don’t think they would like the warm winter conditions.
Hello everyone, since today I have no sound in my app watching tip of the day or the academy videos - all the sudden. Mirai live works fine. Anyone same trouble?
No but I’m not on there everyday. I have been a pro member since 2020 and have seen every video at least 5 times. I go in on Sunday and watch all the shorts. I personally feel like since the shift Mirai has lost something. Less content with an app. I kind of feel like now I’m basically paying 300 dollars a year for an app to remind me to do the things Mirai already taught me.

Did you mute the sound on your phone some apps like this one are following the phone mute.

I have a Japanese boxwood that I just added to my trees. The calendar is blank for it though. Is this the same for everyone on this tree or just me?
The Broadleaf calendar is actually not available. for none of us. Please be patient

Feadback - Feature Request: Would be nice to be able to enter an activity and add a date in the past. Without this ability I will need to use the Mirai app along with my previous journal. Nice to have everything in one location.
Something cool I just found. I have been participating in the courses in the academy and I like the shorter focused videos with the exam to check knowledge. I was wondering if there was other shortened content and when exploring upcoming activities I found more condensed content available within the activity overview. Some folks are saying that the app only gives reminders to do the work, well there’s also a short written overview and a video on each activity. I find these helpful. If I need more info I can go back to the library and watch a much more in depth video.
I also found a minor usability issue wtih the Current Activiites and Past Activities link within My Trees.
- How to repro: Go to My Trees, choose a tree, there is a Past Activities link. Tap the Past Activities link and you see past calendar activities for the species.
- Current Result: The “Past Activites” link is still present
- Expected Result: The “Past Activities” link should probably now say “Current Activities” and when clicked it takes you back to the Current Activites view (hides past activites)
- Workaround: Go Back to My Trees, select the tree, Past Activities are hidden.

Feature Request - for each calendar activity there is a short overview video on how to. This is great for an introduction but it would be nice to have a link to long form Mirai live videos that are directly related to that topic.

It would be useful if in the introduction paragraph to the Mirai Academy of it said that you must complete the evaluation to complete the course.
I am using Android though my iPhone works the same.

Are patch notes being tracked anywhere? I’ve been noticing the version number on the app ticking up regularly but there’s no way, that I can find, to indentify what has been updated.
I’m using it on a chromebook and my phone, both are workint. When launching from tablet, notice at the top of the window there is a selector that allows you to choose phone, tablet or resizing.
Hey guys not so much a complaint more of a suggestion. I though it would be a good idea to bring up.[Because i am having issues with video buffering, so i thought that an app offline save for the education videos would be a good suggestion as now you can save the class at home with your speedy wifi and watch it at work with no more slow buffering circles)
