Welcome to Mirai Mobile

It could be my understanding, or a glitch/bug.
My activity for a tree might not be registering. A tree of mine show that there is an activity to do, but I completed and/or skipped them. But it is still showing. Shouldnt it go away if I completed/skipped all activities?

Hi all,
I am a Pro user using Android version 1.0.15.29. with 35 trees added so far in ā€œMy Treesā€

I just a acquired a few seedlings which I added with no issues, but when I wanted to add a Forsythia, which of course is in the species list as ā€œForsythia (Forsythia x intermedia). After selecting it and adding all other parameters, I press ā€œSaveā€ and nothing happened. Just stays in that Add Tree screen and does nothing. I can only Cancel out of it and of course the tree is not added. I have added other trees after that, again with no problems so it seems that the issue is only happening with the Forsythia tree. This issue was first noticed last week on previous versions, but I last tried on the current version mentioned above.

Thank you in advance.

Carlos

Suggestion: it would be helpful if we could sort the Academy by course we have not completed yet. Generally when Iā€™m going there, thatā€™s what Iā€™m looking for.

Gday guys,
First of all the app is brilliant and I want to use it to its full capacity which is why I am writing. Will there be any Australian natives added to the ā€œmy treesā€ section? If not would there be the possibility to label a callistemon for example as just a generic broadleaf evergreen and then type in the species as a label. At present if the species is not on the list it will default to another species and this cannot be disabled. This means that all notifications end up being for this species. Anyway I know thereā€™s probably a million things you are doing and I am loving the vids etc.

So cheers,

Max.

I can no longer add pictures when adding an Activity or just from the Gallery.

Go to My Trees, select a tree, select Add Activity, select Add Photo, choose pic, press Save the activity is saved.
Actual:

  • Go to My Trees, Select my tree, select History, I see the activity that I added at the top of the list but I do not see a link to click to view the picture associated with the activity.
    Expected:
  • When looking at the Activities I can see the activity I just added and right below it there is a link to view the picture.

I think the follow feature request has already been suggested but just in case it wasnt Iā€™m including it here. It would be nice to be able to add the same action to multiple trees at one time. The ā€œCommon Tasksā€ are a good example: Apply Water, Apply Fertilizer, Pest & Disease Inspection, etc.

I have been a Pro member for the last couple years.
In the Mirai App
I am still unable to toggle the Pro sections on/off in the ā€œCalendar Settingā€ page. When I tap ā€œSettingsā€ ā€”ā€œCalendar settingsā€ then scroll down to the Pro sections. I am unable to toggle the on/off switch.
Is this still in development?

For some reason on my IPad Iā€™m stuck in feed back with no way to submit, maybe the keyboard is hiding something buy thereā€™s no way to minimize please advise

@Leah is there future plans to be able to adjust some of the timings on the Calendar. For instance repotting is still weeks away on my deciduous trees however they are already flushing out. I know when to repot and what the indicators are but it would be nice to be able to tweak the calendar my actual needs.

Any ideas where favourite videos go? Whether the daily or the courses? Is there a list of them somewhere?

Found the toolbox now! Daft moment yesterdayā€¦

This has been fixed!

Question/Feedback: Iā€™m not sure if something is up with the southern hemisphere calendar or not, but the timings for zone 9 and up seem all wrong. Mid autumn fertilisation Is listed at the beginning of March (the first month of autumn) and leaf drop pruning is listed from mid March to early April, which is still early autumn. If this is correct itā€™d be great to understand the reasoning behind the timings. Typically leaf drop doesnā€™t even start here in Melbourne (zone 9) until May, the last month of autumn. Autumns are usually warm in Australia.

In the latest podcast Ryan suggested adjusting your zone up or down to accommodate for your climate, but Iā€™ve noticed that increasing from zone 9 to zone 10 does nothing. Only lowering the zone changes the timings (by making them even earlier in the year).

favorite videos go to my tool box . the daily videos are only around during the week they come up but i think you can save them to your tool box now

Feature Request - It would be great if the calendar operations would automatically filter based on the stage of development. I.e. if you select development, the refinements scopes of work would no longer show for that tree on the calendar. Either that or being able to manually adjust which scopes of work are shown for a given tree.

My guess is that might be a pro calendar feature.
