Black spots and discoloration on Juniper Procumbens foliage

Hi,

I have noticed since last month some branches of my Juniper Procumbens nana have been discolored, and I have noticed the presence of some tiny black dots suggesting to be either small insects or maybe a fungus? Not sure, though, here. I had sprayed Safari solution twice as this is a growing season here, but it hasn’t seemed to resolve this issue: these black spots are spreading to other branches and starting some discoloration. I’m enclosing the picture. I would be more than happy to know what these small things are, maybe spider mites? Not sure if Safari works against spider mites.

Looks like zooming in the picture the tiny leaves are been punctured.

Those look like spidermites or aphids to me, and the damage seems consistent to them.
Try the paper test to be sure.
Not sure what safari is so no clue if it should work on them.

Thanks @Kenez, I totally forgot about the paper test, sounds like spider mites, this is what I got from the paper test, kinda brownish-greenish coloring traces.
