Hey everyone my name is sander and I’m new to the forum. I recently acquired this Tecate cypress from a garden store in Santa cruz Ca, and am wondering if anyone has worked with them before and what methods they had success with. My plan is to let it grow out and style it next year. Thanks for any ideas or notes!

I agree with giving the tree a year to recover from repotting before styling. I would bend the trunk a bit more sharply since the curves will appear to straighten as the tree gains girth. I would not make the curves dramatic, but just accentuate the subtle curves you have. I have no knowledge of the species so I cannot offer any horticultural advice.
