I will like hellp with my Scallonia i collect this tree 8 years ago from a landscaping, in the past i run to this marks on the leaves just wonder if is a bacteria or fungus this happens always before spring .

Hi Hansy, Welcome to the forum. I think you mean Escallonia which is what it looks like. Unfortunately you have a bad case of blackspot and it is a specific type that attacks escallonia. Also (unfortunately again) there is no known cure as of yet. It keeps going until it kills the plant.
If you live in a region that still allows mancozeb that may be worth a try. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news… I hope you find a solution as it is a really cool tree.
