Not shur what to do with the branches at the top any ideas?

Wire and move to the left to balance the cascade, then when reaches a desirable size jin and turn into deadwood. The apical dominance should make that branch grow faster than the cascading branches. 
well i wired them up. i repotted last year and set the structure as it sits . there were many branches and i had t clear some out to get rid of flaws . i wanted to leave this foulage to help build up some strength . just don’t know what i should do with it long term. opinions seem to go both ways cut or keep lol.
