Decided to have a crack at some willow because I really want a weeping tree after watching last years Halloween stream.
Headed to the local park and grabbed a variety of cuttings, young and old.
I have dumped them all into a bucket of water.
Place your bets on which if any will root.
If conditions are correct, most of them will root. Salic tea can be made to root other trees! they are root crazy!
Yeah, willow water can be used as a rooting hormone for other trees. Very high in IBA and Salicylic Acid.
Don’t know if the hardwood cuttings will take, but I imagine most of the softwood cuttings will take.
