JBP yellowing help?

Hey there!

I’ve only owned pines for a few years and so have not come across this issue before. Some of my pines are starting to yellow. Is this overwatering? This is my guess.

It is spring and I did shoot selections in the winter. Here in Los Angeles the sun is super intense and I always worry about these drying out completely, very quickly when its full sun in the 70s, even in the winter (it was 85° here today). But perhaps I am keeping them too wet? Anyone have experience with this issue?

Thanks!
Keegan

Over watering is probably a good guess. Could also be a general lack of oxygen to the roots which could be due to decomposed soil that does not drain well.
