Insect identification

Can anyone help identifying these, I also se very small clusters of red and black eggs . What is best treatment these are found on deshojo maple .

They do appear to be aphids.
I have been told that aphids are ‘farmed’ by ants and rely on the ants to move them around as they cannot actually climb themselves.

A good spray of water to knock them off may deal with the problem.

the ants will help them partially to get around, but in principle the aphids can do that pretty well on their own (in some stages they even develop wings for that). Issue is also, that they transport plant virus around pretty well …
