I got these big, full of deadwood boxwood (buxus sempervirens) I think a feminine tipe, keeping all the dead side of it, leaning it to the right side.
I don’t know what to do with de straight line of trunk, and how to manage the foliar mass

You are going to need to bring the foliage down to mask some of the long straight trunk. The foliage in the back at mid height will be critical. Boxwood is quite brittle so you will have to bend young branches and grow them down to where you need them. A long-term project, but you have a nice heavy trunk and some interesting deadwood to start.
Is there a way to bend thick branched downwards? As in junipers, like carving the wood from it?
That’s a rad tree! I think because it’s such an unusual shape/style for a boxwood, the design will probably have to be highly stylized. I would do a lot of non-uniform, tight billowy pads that taken together make a nice, tight pyramidal shape in a tension design - with the primary branch and apex moving to the left
In my experience I doubt that a lignified boxwood branch can be bent without killing it. The wood is very hard and stiff while the living part and bark are very thin.
I agree about trying to bend the boxwood. Another approach you might consider is to focus on those lower buds on the live trunk, cut back the upper foliage with the intent of ultimately growing out the lower branches and establishing a new apex on the right truck just a little higher then the deadwood trunk. ..RM
That’s a great tree! If it was mine I would remove the top part that sits on a very straight line below making the whole trunk looking straight. (optical illusion imo) If you cut that off and work on that part below where the trunk splits into two - those two have beautiful movement! You can then work with the branches and new growth which is already challenging as mentioned above but doable, unlike with thicker branches or even trunk itself in boxwood world.
You will find that boxwood is one of THOSE that will always backbud… down to the base…
In fact, you will always be scraping / cutting off new bud in spots you don’t want them.

Just my opinion…Fertilize heavy today, in a week cut back like Coffeecherry says above. Don’t be afraid to cut the upper trunk back to greenery. It WILL take a couple of summers to grow larger lower limbs. Let the new lower limbs grow wild, clip back the TOP growth extensions several times each summer. The side branches can be formed later.
A large-ish pond basket or training box for several years. Shorten the roots every other spring. Plant it at a lean left angle, form branches / pads to the right. Buxas can take the cold, get it out of +95 F sun.

Thanks to all! I think, first repot to a big container or wood box, then I’ll watch it for some time to get to know each other, keeping one of those 2 branches I think is the best idea!
Also I send it to the q&a session of these week, hoping Ryan could give another idea
