Grown from seed since May 2018, I am wondering when can I place this growing tree in a bonsai pot. Thank you in advance for your opinion and advice.

All depends on what do you expect it to look like in the future. No rush here I would suggest. Trunk grows thicker the bigger pot you place it in.
