I don’t have pics to post but I had a hummingbird sitting on a branch in one of my trees a couple of days ago.
But I was horrified to watch a sparrow run his beak along a stem of my ‘harp string’ maple, stripping all of the leaves off! And he came back and did it a second time! Nest building?
