Put on a pair of surgical gloves, clip each infected leaf at the stem base. Leave the node. Place each into one baggie. Seal with gloves inside. Dispose…
Rinse and wipe scisors with alcohol, maybe flame sterilize if you know how.
light fertilizer after leaves harden off.
I’m NOT sure if a antifungal will help. I Would use something now (research for THIS problem…); and maybe copper sulfate next fall / spring after the leaves fall and befor new buds pop.

Never had THIS problem on oaks here in Pacific NW.
