chomping at the bits to do my junipers; in the meantime i did this JBP literati - do you think the angle change was overkill? (on a side note: it’s amazing how Ryan makes this stuff look so easy; took me way longer and had to fix a lot of mistakes to get it secure and stable - and if a mouse farts close by it may fall over 
)
I think the angle is fine but only time will tell once the branches have filled out a bit allowing a bit more styling in its next iteration. I would definitely try and catch the mouse though 
I liked the original slant, but this one is fine too. However, I would tilt the apex to the left and raise the lower right branch a bit.
