I’ve acquired this little elm last year. Not sure of the variety but this spring some of the leaves have some purple pigment to them. Feels like a fungicide but not sure. Maybe some one can help me identify the problem if indeed there is one.

I saw the post last year, didn’t have any advice.
Have seen it on my trees, didn’t slow them down or spread.
I ended up shading the tree protecting it from rain, tried not to over water and stopped fertilizing and eventually it corrected itself. I did cut of infected leaves the tree bounced back nicely
