Football and bonsia today any suggestion on front for this firefly spruce.
I vote for the first photo. Good taper and a little bit of movement in the trunk.

I think the nebari in photo one has a little more interest but the front in photo three also has potential. After identifying potential bases you will need to combine the best line (base to apex) and any special features eg deadwood, shari before you determine where the front is.
If you haven’t seen Nursery Stock Series Pt 3. it’s well worth watching, Ryan goes through the front selection process. One of my favourite in the library.
I think I like the first photo best. But I also find something interesting in the last photo.
