Amur maple yellowing

I have an amur maple that I dug up 3 years ago it has begun to yellow after first moving into full sun and then fertilizing with bio gold original. I’m not sure if its from under/over watering or nutrient burn? I used about 2 tablespoon of the bio gold. Any help would be very appreciated

This is a picture before fertilizing and right after moving it to full sun:

You will NOT see ‘nutrient burn’ with bioglod. It takes up to 3-5 weeks for bacteria and fungi to digest the organics to relaese all of the NPKand micronutrients There is NO instant release of water soluble nutriets.
Whats your soil? Looks like you have good moss coverage. Implys lots of moisture. Dig a finger 2 knuckles down and see how wet the soil is. Water accordingly. Water less as the heat goes down…

Are the yeĺlowing photos current, or during the heat of summer.
Summer heat leaf loss is normal on my Amures.
We ARE heading into fall. Some of my maples are already reacting. My big Amure has been going yellow the last 3 tears rather that beat red I want…
Should be good, though.
Post next spring after bud break!

Thanks that’s good to know. I don’t remember exactly what soil I used but it wasn’t a bonsai soil probably some potting soil with extra aeriation. This tree was from before I found Mirai and I did everything wrong. I looked at the other maples in my yard where I got this one and it appears to be doing the same thing but not as bad. It happened after I moved it into full sun and it did get in the upper 80’s. They are current photos here in Minnesota

I have found, from long experience, that… the best way is to do what keeps them alive…
