OK, found a cute little adenium with tiny flowers compared to the rest of the flowers. Does anyone know what cultivar or subspecies this one is??
…only because my sister lives in Dubai and asked me the other day about this plant I checked it out so having this handy… Not that Im an expert - opposite actually! 
I would suggest you to google each specie and see what yours look like the most. They are quiet distinct from eachother and apparently are only 5 species.
