White bark pine yamadori collected this week

Hi, I’m new to Mirai. We have a place in WY and I collected this white bark pine. Not far from the house so planted it about an hour after collected. Placed in wood container with “saw dust” or wood chips covered in pumice and topped dressed in moss. I will keep in shade in a green house in Wy for three weeks and bring it down to PC UT. Any advice?

Nice looking Tree! :metal:t2: :christmas_tree:
!00% pumice is a more suitable soil substrate for collected trees. No top dressing.
The “sawdust” method is used, in a healing bed, when you have a tree that needs a little extra care after collection.
