Hy,
i´ll have a business trip to Japan in July and i could extend my stay for some more days for private travelling. I´ll arrive in Osaka on Thursday and i had to travel to Nagoya where i have my business metting. Any places you would recommend to be visited in that area?

Omiya! The bonsai village! Have safe travels!
Omiya will be a bit travel from Nagoya and Shinkansen is not necessarily cheap.
You could try Nara or the gardens/temples in Kyoto. Alternatively go south to Hiroshima.

Bonsai, food, saki/beer, Japanese gardens.? Maybe a cheap Japanese ryokan (bed n breakfast) to sleep in.
