Does anyone have a recommendation for small/fine/detail scissors?
I quite like Kaneshin No. 35E scissors.

Very sharp, pointy - easy to reach to dense but tiny areas snipping what you need from soft new growth to branches. Had these for few years with no need of sharpening.

These look like a good, low-cost scissor. I use a heavier version of these for lots of root and general pruning. I have a couple of pairs of more traditional pointed scissors that I use for more detailed pruning and Stone Lantern has some of those as well.
