Wondering what optimal timing for repotting Mediterranean species such as gold cup oak would be. Have not found any reliable info about repotting this species.
Most species do well with a repot during spring right before bud push.
As it is a Mediterranean-climate broadleaf evergreen, it is possible that a mid-summer repot would be okay, but springtime is generally still the most optimal.
