This might be totally unhelpful but I like everything you’ve mentioned. Everything feels like it has a use and I get something from it.

If I had to pick, Super Tuesdays are still the king. Podcasts probably come in second.

I like super tuesdays, ministreams, and feature content the best since I find them the most educational. However, also like the podcasts since they bring a different dimension that I can listen to while driving or stretching and don’t feel like I need to take notes.

I would have to say Super Tuesdays, mini streams, feature content, and podcasts. I find them the most interesting, engaging and educational.

Hi Eve,

Pretty much everything you listed is good and valuable. That may not help you narrow it down though, so keep doing it all.

Hmmm, tough to answer this one. If you were to ask which one could go I’d say mini-streams. Btw, I really liked the format of the Crater Lakes ST stream where Ryan got to just do the work and get into a flow then answer questions at the end.

Hands down Super Tuesdays have to be my favorite, I very much so treat tuesdays as days I have class and am always looking forward to it throughout the days. Second has to be the podcast, I love being able listen and learn while I work throughout the day. I usually don’t have the time to catch the mini stream or feature content live but I do thoroughly enjoy when a Somedays is posted to youtube.

Being in the UK the library is essential for Super Tuesdays in my world. I enjoy many of the podcasts. The laid back simpleness of Somedays At Mirai I always look forward to as well.

Love it all! But I especially love Super Tuesdays, the beginner series, featured content and the mini-streams. Also love listening to the podcast when out and about in the car. Really appreciate everything you all are doing.

Super Tuesdays
Mini streams
Feature content

For me:
Super Tuesdays
Mini streams
Q+A forum

I may be an outlier here since it isnt on the list, but the forum and live Q&As are the content I spend the most time listening to. There is so much variety and helpful information that it ends up being as informative as curated streams imo.

Beyond that the mondays at mirai is and has been very enjoyable. Thats the one I’ll watch asap when its released. Podcasts are another favorite of mine after that.

Sounds like you guys may have reached your limit and might be looking to jettison something. My favorites are:

  • Super Tuesday
  • Ministreams
  • Feature Content
  • Pillar/Iconic Films

If you do need to cut back, do it guilt-free. The amount of content you’re putting out is incredible. I, for one, would much rather see you all cut back a bit than burn out. You’re doing an incredible service to the bonsai community! Thank you all!

Hey Eve,

Thank you for this mini research.

For me personally Super Tuesdays are still knowledgeable and I can grasp bit of info in many of them if not all. In spite of not being able to ask questions (different timezone) I’m happy to watch many at the end of the week. Anything educational - horticulture related and a bit of philosophy satisfies me so I would pick:

Super Tuesdays
Podcast
Pillars/Iconic films (design fundamentals, forests of Mirai, apical design)

  1. Super Tuesday (first)
  2. Forum Q+A
  3. Thursday Q+A
  4. Crater Lake feature (and similar)
  5. Somedays/Mondays at Mirai (with the original soundtrack!)
  6. Podcasts

I’m not sure what “Feature Content” or “Pillar/Iconic Films” is.

As long as you’re taking suggestions, please make it easier to find library content by allowing searches by date or sorting content is chronological order. Often, I’ll want to look at the Q+A from three weeks ago, but can’t remember the episode number, or I’ll want to look at all the spring content from a given year, for example.

Super Tuesday & Wed Mini Streams are my fav but I have to agree that all the content is great!

Super Tuesdays and both forum and live Q&A.
