My mugo pine has made quite abit of juvenile foliage (it was not repotting this year only candle pruned at the time that Mirai say - June ) do you think I should remove this/cut off now or should I leave it or cut off later ??? Thank you

Looks like you may have used a multi flush technique on a single flush pine, hence the juvenile foliage. I would leave it alone to let it recover.

Thanks for the reply Andyk, I thought the multi technique was remove all candle I left some potion of new growth but maybe I did not leave enough new growth

I can’t really tell from the photos, but if pines are not obnoxiously strong, it’s usually best to leave them to build strength before reducing them.
