Eugenia Topiary struggling after repot

I repotted this Brush Cherry (Eugenia Topiary) on March 9th. I got it as nursery stock in Oct 2019. It was incredibly healthy prior to the repot (First 3 pictures below were taken today and the last one was before the repot). I tried to only remove about 1/3 of the foliage mass, but it could have been slightly more than that. I’m guessing it was too much either way. The leaves are withering up and dying from the inside of the canopy to the outside. About 75% of the foliage has died. Everything from except for the very outside. Does anyone have any suggestions to help revive this?
