Audio not working

For those iOS users out there - the volume/ringer switch on the side of your device needs to be on for audio to work. I frequently have this off to keep my phone quiet, audio won’t play if this is the case

I had the same problem for 2-3 days; I use an Android phone. I tried a manual restart, and that took care of the problem for me.
