BLUF: Use the OnX Hunt app to find out who owns the property you want to collect trees on.
I have a hard time figuring out who owns the property I want to collect on in the Easter US. I recently heard a few hunters say that they used the OnX Hunt app to get the name of land owners and ask permission to use their land. They reported good success. I downloaded the app and have already increased my collection areas in the immediate area of my home! If you want to know who owns the land that your dream tree is on try the app it worked great for me!
