Thank you so much! I’m really looking forward to the second and third year development when I can start working on a more permanent silhouette with a softer shape. The trunk on this is quite thick and has potential to look great with some more Shari work. I’ll keep the forum updated on it and the other Junipers as they progress.

Woah…just scrolled though this feed for the first time in almost a year! The junipers I posted here have all drastically changed since. I’ll post updated photos as soon as possible. Looking at these photos and knowing what the trees look like now I can most definitely say, my time at/with Mirai has substantially improved everything about my bonsai practices.

Really impressed with the stock you are working with and what you have created. I’ve tried my hand at a field grown juniper that doesn’t quite have the same presence, but is attractive none the less. A before and after.
