I was working on a property today pruning their Japanese maples trees. Came across a graft that was never pruned back and started to approach graft itself back on the lace leaf branching. The lace leaf fused it self back around it appearing almost like a thread graft.
Natures the best teacher!
It was the small one on the right over the water feature.
