Larch slab planting

Hi all.

here is a pic of my first kick at the can for bonsai. got the slab at the local landscaping supplier and the trees are nursery stock.

i didn’t want to prune the roots too much because the foliage isn’t hardened off yet. likely just wait to flatten it out and prune.

its a work in progress but overall happy so far.
