My juniper is pretty discolored, has been since middle of winter, still green under bark, not crispy etc,
but not vibrant and no real signs of growth. My other junipers haven’t lost color like this.
I am in south east Wisconsin,mostly in the 50s lately so not consistently warmed up yet. Perhaps the tree is just experiencing winter/early spring cycle? I got the tree last summer so it’s the first time coming out of winter. I wouldn’t think it’s mites etc since it started losing the vibrant green in the middle of the winter where it was freezing…
