Smith’s CPES is very good for hardening off wood. Just be sure you’ve got the wood to the color you like. You cannot change the color later.
I have heard, but have not tested, that Smith’s CPES is just an expensive way to buy epoxy that has been diluted with denatured alcohol. So I bought both. It must be time to test… now where’d I put that teak oil?
