Fertiliser black pine after decandeling

Hi!
When you restart fertilisation after the decandeling a multi flush pines?
I’ve just seen the video Multi flush pine, I’m not sure if I understand well, the second flush is not decandeling In fall?

I believe multi flush pines should not be fertilized again until the fall if you decandle in late spring. I think Ryan covers it extensively in this video and the corresponding video for fall:

Fall fertilization happens after the second flush has hardened off. Indicators are: needles will be darker, sharp, and not easily plucked.

Decandling only happens once during later spring/early summer on areas of the tree that are in refinement.
