Hello.
I have a mature Thuja bonsai that has a lot of unnecessary branching that I intend to cut off. I would like to divert foliage growth to the primary branches that will be in use in the tree’s development.
Is it best to cut or keep the unnecessary branches to help stimulate foliage growth in the primary branches I intend to keep.
