I just received my pine tree seedlings from an online source. The seedlings root mass is sealed with plastic and sphagnom moss. There are lots of healthy roots, however no root ball soil. Can I get these into a training pot with pumice? No sun for a week?

You should be able to pot them up in your regular soil mix and off you go. If you can tease some of the sphagnum out of the roots now, so much the better.
No need to treat them with the same level of care you would give old collected material. Seedlings are a bit more resilient. I’ve followed the Matsuo method and bare rooted the seedling in order to remove the tap and had a 90% survival rate.
