Favorite barbecue sauce?

Hello everybody,

I‘m a big fan of Barbecue sauces. I would love to know what your favorite recipes or brands are!


Self made, miso based. Recipe changes constantly though. Also versions based on stock from roasted meat or carcasses and Bhutanese chilies. Or khaki or onion confit as a base. Lots of port wine or red wine involved.
What we also like a lot is yuzukoshō (fermented condiment of yuzu peel, green chili and salt). Perfect for steak.
