I’m a profesional chef, I studied Gastronomic Sciences in Italy before moving back to my country, during my time in university I learned a lot about horticulture and the growing of food which slowly brought me towards Bonsai and now after coming back home I hace started practicing the craft and have slowly been gaining knowledge, although I consider that I have already some of the basic knowledge about horticulture and about taking care of plants, but looking to expand my knowledge of styling and actually creating beautiful trees.
