I consider myself a novice bonsai hobbyist. I have dabbled in growing and maintaining trees for a few years now. I’m in need of increased learning and experience keeping trees alive, learning the right times of the year for each species with pruning, potting, etc., and the idiosyncrasies of the Colorado front range climate in this context.
