I have made enough tiramisu in my career to feed an army. But still a fav.
I love having a bite or three in the morning with coffee.

I am a retired engineering professor, but my LinkedIn account lists “Volunteer Sanitation Engineer”. I collect the canisters of poop at the dog park and transfer it to the dumpster once a week. I am also president of the local bonsai club and support a couple of student rocket groups as a mentor.

I am a pediatric ophthalmologist, so basically a kids’ eye doctor and surgeon. Try to find enough time to do bonsai between that and my teenage kids’ activities.
