Help to identify this pine species

Friends. Does anyone know what kind of pine tree it is? In Ecuador abounds Pinus patula and Pinus radiata. This tree was cut, new branches grow from its trunk. It grows in the garden of a colonial house, to judge by the remains of the trunk must have many decades. I found it a few years ago. I cut its new buds, that action made new twigs develop easily. My idea is to graft this pine type on some yamadoris of pinus radiata or pinus patula.

My guess is Italian Stone Pine - pinus pinea - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stone_pine since the juvenile and mature foliage are so different. The juvenile form are sold as miniature Christmas trees in many parts of the USA and perhaps elsewhere.
